The Team
Jaffar Charchafchi
Director
Jaffar is the founder of Yara Capital. He is a qualified Chartered valuation surveyor with over 18 years of experience in the Valuations sector. He has held various positions in the valuation and fund management divisions of key property consultancies including BNP Parisbas Real Estate and Allsop. He has worked in the family business for over 8 years managing Hotels before opening Yara Capital.
Patrick Houghton
Investment Manager
Patrick’s career in asset and investment management started with The Bank of New York. He graduated from the University of Bristol (BSc Hons) and also holds a law degree (LLB Hons). Patrick’s roles include project finance and investment management of projects which are retained.
Kevin Davies
Acquisitions & Investment
Kevin has over 25 years experience in UK property development. He has held senior positions with some of the sectors leading housebuilders including Bellway Homes (Land & Planning Director) Berkeley Homes (Managing Director N.London) and Crest Nicholson (Managing Director London). Kevin advises the Yara board on all aspects of site identification, appraisal, acquisition, planning and project management.
Noor Charchafchi
Interior Designer
Noor Charchafchi is a London based interior designer, with a strong design portfolio showing her ability to provide inspirational interiors for both the luxury residential and commercial interior design sector. She has produced bespoke luxury design finishes to some of the most expensive apartments in central London and residences in Surrey. She provides an outstanding level of service and always exceeds her clients expectations not only by understanding their needs and aspirations but also by improving their functionality and usability.
